Electricity charges will be divided between all occupants for each apartment on a monthly billing basis.
There is an annual refuse collection charge of €100 per student. This charge is payable with the first rental instalment. Upon receipt of your completed application form, we will send your lease agreement by post.

This must be signed by you and your guarantor, and returned before 3rd September 2011 with the first rental instalment.

Once theApplication form has been processed we will require a €350 SECURITY DEPOSIT (MADE PAYABLE TO RIVERWALK ACCOMMODATION LTD)
